Concentrated teaching on areas of the syllabus
Personalised help to achieve specific physical goals
Some students feel more comfortable learning on a one-to-one basis and some occasionally find that they need more help with a particular area of the syllabus or with an area of their fitness. Wheter you would like regular one-to-one sessions or whether you just need one or two sessions in the run up to a grading, our full-time team of instructors are available to teach a personal session, either at our offices near Thame in Oxfordshire or at a venue of your choice.
Popular uses of personal sessions include:
Learning a new pattern or set sparring
Working on kicking and flexibility
Building up confidence before a grading
Working out your own one-step sparring
Practise of breaking boards
Improving your chances of winning at tournaments
Working on power in patterns
One hour session £30 - £40 (In house)
One hour session £45 - £55 (Out call – if you are hiring a venue, you will need to cover these costs as well)
